Tonight I met with my adult tutee at Starbucks from 8pm-9pm.  We practiced the present perfect verb form.  After a brief explanation of when to use the present perfect, I asked the tutee to try to complete the fill-in-the blank worksheet I had prepared for him.  Once he was finished, we reviewed the worksheet together by him reading the sentence aloud and then discussing whether it was right or wrong, and why.
