Ansley TS #4

On Sunday, February 5th I met with my second adult tutee for the first time.  I was very impressed by her motivation to learn English.  Since it was our first meeting I was assessing her level but I also brought worksheets for us to work on together since based on our text conversation she seemed to be highly proficient.  The worksheets involved commonly confused words in English, for example, loose vs. lose or there vs. their vs. they're.  We first discussed the different meaning and pronunciation.  I then asked her to use each word in a written and oral sentence.  After the session we agreed it was helpful and set a date for the next.
